The Clay Valley Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization. The Advisory Board meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 PM. The Executive Board meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 PM. Both meetings adjourn prior to Village Council workshops and meetings.
